The purpose of our establishing this policy is to balance our legitimate business interests in collecting and using information with our customer’s reasonable expectations of privacy. The information that you provide to us will only be used by the Palouse Inn to meet and anticipate your accommodation needs.

We must collect and store customer’s names, addresses, and other basic information that is solicited on the hotel registration card to provide requested hotel services and for billing purposes. Customers who supply the Palouse Inn with information may receive periodic mailings with information announcing upcoming special offers /events. This information will not be sold or distributed to third parties.

By providing credit card information, you are guaranteeing to pay for accommodations and any other charges that you may incur while staying at the Palouse Inn. The Palouse Inn will not use your credit card  information for any other purposes than your accommodation needs, charges that you may incur, and other charges that you may approve of.
